About Amanda

In 1991 I was recruited by Mary Kay Cosmetics as one of the first beauty consultants in the UK and started my career in beauty therapy. It became apparent to me that selling was not my forte, but making people look and feel fantastic was, and so I decided to re-train as a Make-up Artist and have taken many advanced courses on my journey, including a master class in Photographic and bridal Make-up with Teresa Fairminer. In '96, I trained as a Beauty Therapist and was awarded my Aesthetician ITEC Diploma in 1997,and my Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Body Massage in '98. I studied hair styling at the Greasepaint School of Stage, TV & Film Make-up in London. Since that time, I have attended many advanced courses in bridal hair and make-up.

I pride myself on offering a specialised professional service, including hair, make-up and beauty treatments for the whole bridal party. My 10 years' experience and training, has shown that I have a very understanding approach to the emotions of the happy day for the bride and her family.
